iZZi 302 ERV is an innovative and compact recuperator with a modular design. It is equipped with one of the world's most innovative CORE enthalpy-type recuperators (with moisture recovery), made of a special polymer membrane. The recuperator reaches a capacity of 300 m³/h.

iZZi 302 ERV is the first recuperator on the market with a compact two-piece body! The recuperator consists of two parts: In the lower (suspended part) there is an enthalpy heat exchanger with heat and moisture recovery. The upper part houses fans, sensors, automation and filters. Thanks to this innovative design of the recuperator, the servicing of the equipment is greatly facilitated. Thanks to the modular design of the recuperator, it can be installed by one person without difficulty. The upper part of the body is mounted on a special wall bracket, and then the lower part is attached.

The compact dimensions of the iZZi 302 ERV recuperator allow it to be installed in a cabinet directly above a washing machine or refrigerator. The lack of condensate, which does not form thanks to the CORE enthalpy recuperator, also greatly facilitates the selection of a place (no need to drain the condensate into the sewage system). That is why the choice of this equipment will also be perfect for already occupied houses, where mounting options are limited.

Polyethylene foam insulation and EBM-papst motors ensure very quiet operation of the device, which allows it to be installed directly in the living room, for example, in a closet or above a suspended ceiling. The device is equipped with M5 class panel filters as standard. All this is enclosed in an aesthetic device body made of stainless steel.


Principle of operation of enthalpy recuperator:

The membrane separates the two air streams and has a thin, dense polymer barrier layer that allows water vapor to be absorbed and blown out, while blocking gases, volatile organic compounds and other contaminants (eg. bacteria and viruses).

The main advantage of an enthalpy recuperator is that it maintains an optimal level of humidity in the building all year round. Whether it is a dry winter or a hot summer climate, ERV heat exchangers ensure that the relative humidity in the house is maintained in the optimal range (from 30% to 65%), depending on the sources of airtightness and humidity in the home. Moisture recovery significantly improves the quality of life by reducing problems such as dry skin and eyes or problems with wood drying in winter.

Another important advantage of enthalpy heat exchangers is the lack of condensate in them, which means that the iZZi 302 ERV recuperator has no condensate drain and can be installed in different positions. This significantly reduces the risk of the recuperator freezing and ensures their excellent operation without a preheater at low outdoor temperatures - this significantly reduces the operating costs of the unit.

Enthalpy heat exchangers with a polymer membrane, compared to cellulose (paper) and rotary heat exchangers, are strong (no mixing of air flows), have antibacterial properties, have no mechanical parts, have a long service life and can be washed.
